Sustainability
We believe in lightening our footprint on the environment during all phases of our custom home projects.
During demolition of existing buildings, all materials that can be recycled, such as copper pipe, wire and flooring are sorted and funneled to the appropriate recycling stream. Concrete is crushed and reused as gravel on the building site.
In the new construction phase all waste is sorted onsite by type ( paper, wood, plastics, metal ) and sent to the correct facility, limiting what we send to the landfill.
